Teresa is a quiet and reserved 56 year old member of the Santa Rosa Stitches. She is unwavering in her determination to learn new techniques and has often perfected her work overnight, surprising everyone.

Learning to crochet by watching a friend, she practices often and enjoys being able to do work in her own home so she doesn’t neglect her husband and 4 children.

She enjoys crocheting blankets, washcloths, and summer tops. SRS has been a big blessing economically, as she doesn't have the resources to leave Chiltiupan for work.
